Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 3) to act as project lead on field inspections, measurements and testing for de-energized equipment. You will set up equipment, collect data, and supervise technicians while ensuring safety and high-quality reporting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus an associate degree and 5+ years of relevant field experience. NETA 3 is preferred and OSHA/related trainings are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• NETA certification level 3 preferred.
• 5+ years of experience.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED, Power DB training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to advanced electrical measurements and data collection.
• Lead projects and supervise field technicians to ensure on-time completion.
• Write detailed reports on test results and findings.
• Set up and remove test equipment and maintain safety of crew.
• Support organization goals and adapt to evolving needs.
