Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a Lead .NET Developer for Veeam Backup for Office 365. You will drive backend feature delivery and lead a small engineering team through day-to-day execution, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

You will partner with Product Management to refine requirements, estimate scope and capacity, and cultivate a high-performing, learning-focused culture. This role is hybrid in the United States with multiple collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience as a team leader (4–5 developers).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility.
• Result-oriented and proactive
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and establish business requirements with product management.
• Develop new product features, backend focus.
• Estimate effort, costs and capacity for feature implementation.
• Lead code reviews and drive technical decisions.
• Foster learning, motivation, and a positive team atmosphere.
