Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. You will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of software development experience.
Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented programming principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with strong SQL development skills.
Experience using and creating RESTful APIs is a plus.
Ability to lead design decisions, mentor engineers, and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight for cloud-native applications.
Develop and maintain high-performance .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) services.
Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes).
Lead sprint planning, ensure timely delivery, and manage production issues.
