Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience with the Microsoft .NET stack.
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for the development team, driving strategy, design decisions, code reviews, and standards.
Translate requirements into effective technical solutions with architects and project leadership.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET stack (MVC, Core, Web APIs).
Understand complex database design and support database migration (SQL Server).
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
Mentor junior team members and participate in Agile ceremonies.
