A technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced Lead .NET Engineer to oversee the development of enterprise-grade software solutions. This hybrid role focuses on leading a team of developers, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. Compensation ranges from $175k to $195k per year, including a base salary of $150k-$160k plus bonuses. Candidates should have a strong background in .NET technologies, Microservices, and Kubernetes, alongside a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Qualifications

• 8 years' experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level IT solutions.
• Experience with Docker, REST, and JSON technologies.
• Proven ability to lead development processes and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads a group of developers; sets direction, monitors, and provides technical oversight.
• Defines and executes software development processes ensuring user and business requirements are met.
• Acts as technical lead for Third Party integrations and develops custom software solutions.
