Job summary

A training solutions provider located in San Diego seeks an experienced instructor to develop and conduct training for Fleet SPY technicians. The ideal candidate will have seven years' experience with the SPY Radar System and demonstrate proficiency in Navy training environments. Responsibilities include curriculum development and training effectiveness evaluation. A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and RSC qualification are mandatory. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in relevant system or process.
• One year as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment.
• RSC qualified and NEC 1387/V70A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct classroom and lab training for Fleet SPY technicians.
• Review and analyze U.S. Navy Aegis Combat System Engineering Capabilities.
• Prepare and customize curriculum lesson plans and instructor guides.
