A leading technical training company in San Diego is seeking a qualified instructor to develop and conduct training for Fleet SPY technicians on the SPY Radar System. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience as a technician or operator, including prior teaching experience in a Navy environment. The position offers a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a maintenance technician or operator.
• One year of experience as an instructor in a Navy Training Environment.
• RSC qualified and NEC 1387/V70A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training for Fleet SPY technicians on SPY Radar System.
• Conduct dynamic assessments of sailors' abilities.
• Maintain records of training activities and evaluate effectiveness.
