Community Bridges is seeking a Lead Navigator to support homeless individuals through outreach, engagement, and case management. The role requires recovery from substance use or mental health challenges and 90+ days of Navigator/Peer experience, plus driving and certification prerequisites.
The Lead Navigator will coordinate RBHA and community-based services, mentor Navigator II staff, and provide wrap-around supports for high-acuity clients in our Arizona programs.

A Lead Navigator is a person in recovery (≥1 year of abstinence) who has at least 90 days of experience as a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist. The Lead Navigator works with homeless individuals, providing outreach and supportive services to help them end their homelessness. The role coordinates and monitors RBHA and non‑RBHA community‑based services, facilitates service delivery, and mentors Navigator II staff. Core responsibilities include outreach, engagement, case management, and wrap‑around supportive services for high‑acuity, highly vulnerable individuals.
