Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Lead Mentor in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on the initial and ongoing monitoring of staff skills and knowledge, working closely with Operations Administration and clinical leadership to ensure safety practices and training needs are met.
You will help develop and monitor training plans across units. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in health care, 1–3 years in training, and may hold recovery experience.

The Lead Mentor is responsible for the initial and ongoing monitoring of skills and knowledge of employees assigned to his or her site. Will work closely with the Operations Administrator, Nurse Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Manager in monitoring each unit’s safety practices and training needs. In this role the Lead Mentor will assist in the development and monitoring of each unit’s training plan.
