Job summary

U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead a team within the N8 IW Programs and Requirements Department.

You will supervise civilian staff and oversee contractor support, acting as the primary authority on Fleet C5I capability and capacity needs, and serving as SME for future C5I capabilities. You will prepare briefings and white papers for senior leaders, communicating complex information clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience at or equivalent to GS-13 level in federal service or equivalent.
• Expertise in Naval Assured Command and Control Information Warfare and capability gap analysis.
• Ability to communicate up-echelon effectively (oral and written).
• Leadership to coordinate multiple elements and manage resources.
• Knowledge of PPBE processes and budget execution.
• Experience with model based budgeting.
• Understanding Navy Requirements processes and Roles.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise civilian employees and oversee contractor support personnel assigned to the branch.
• Serve as the principal authority for Fleet C5I capability and capacity needs.
• Serve as SME for the review of proposed and future C5I capabilities.
• Prepare and present briefings, white papers and other correspondence at the Flag Officer/SES level on Fleet C5I capability and capacity needs.
