Job summary

Sigma Defense Systems seeks a Senior Systems Analyst: Training Technical Assessments SME to join a Navy-facing program in San Diego. You will walk into a Navy training site, assess C4I systems, and document actionable recommendations for Government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has NAVWAR experience, mastery of C4I networks and training assessments, and the ability to lead technical evaluations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems analysis and Navy C4I experience.
• Experience performing TTAs and SETRs for NAVWAR programs.
• Ability to assess MPT impacts on training objectives.
• Active Secret clearance and JWICS access.
• Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Navy C4I systems, including communications, network, and data-link equipment.
• Conduct Technical Training Assessments to verify equipment, TDs, and training data reflect current Fleet configurations.
• Develop SOPs, templates, checklists, and documentation supporting Training Assessments and technical reviews.
• Prepare Training Assessment reports detailing findings, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support NAVWAR SETRs and assess acquisition, technical, and training documentation for MPT risks and opportunities.
