Job summary

ESN is a defense contractor seeking a Principal Analyst to support COMNAVAIRLANT with maintenance coordination for CVN aircraft carrier cycles, from deployment to home port and pre-availability planning.

Responsibilities include coordinating with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and NAVWARSYSCOM, preparing status reports, and supporting Combat Systems readiness; strong Navy experience and C5I understanding required; Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree recommended or higher.
• Former E-7 or above with Combat Systems background preferred.
• Experience afloat managing CVN Combat System suites and C5I responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and availability planning for CVN during deployment, at sea, and at home port.
• Represent COMNAVAIRLANT in logistics and casualty repair coordination with NAVSEA/NAVAIR/NAVWARSYSCOM.
• Prepare periodic status reports and participate in Combat Systems conferences and shipyard meetings.
