Job summary

International Contractors Inc. seeks a Senior Level Commercial Construction - Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, and execution, while nurturing client and A/E relationships and supporting business development. Travel to job sites, some out of state, is expected.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and 10+ years of PM experience on commercial builds, with proven judgement and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• At least ten years of proven project management experience on commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated judgement and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to establish, monitor and achieve project goals.
• Prepare profit projections for projects.
• Lead preconstruction efforts on negotiated projects.
• Write scopes of work and review bids with design/value engineering input.
• Oversee safety, direction, completion and financial outcomes from budget through closeout.
• Manage client and A/E relationships and support business development.
