Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Municipal Lead in Madison, WI, to oversee planning, design, and implementation of municipal engineering projects. You will lead engineers, review plans with Civil3D/AutoCAD, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Municipal Lead. This is a pivotal role that requires a dynamic individual with a robust engineering background and proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing municipal engineering projects, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance. Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of municipal engineering projects.
• Utilize Civil3D and AutoCAD software to design and review engineering plans and drawings.
• Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of municipal engineering services.
• Participate in meeting with clients to discuss project plans and address any concerns.
