Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical strength for heavy tasks; able to interpret sketches and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, and construction of buildings and facilities.
• Provide technical guidance to other maintenance staff engaged in skilled, semi-skilled, or unskilled work.
• Coordinate work across multiple trades to complete projects on schedule.
