Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required with 2 years of related experience or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Must obtain Class A CDL with endorsements within 12 months of hire
• Basic First Aid, AED, and CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform repairs in carpentry, masonry, plumbing, painting, lighting, and HVAC as needed
• Maintain water systems, pumps, valves, and piping; ensure proper chemical concentrations
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment per safety procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep logs and records up to date
• Operate generators, power equipment, and welding tools safely
• Assist with events and maintain facility landscapes and grounds
• Keep equipment in good working order and manage parts inventory
• Adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
