Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent for Southern California multifamily and affordable housing developments. You will oversee field execution on projects from $20M to $60M+, driving schedule, quality and safety while coordinating subcontractors and field teams.

The role requires leading all field operations, managing site logistics, and ensuring turnover on time. A strong focus on podium, wrap and walk-up build methodologies is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience focusing on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Experience leading walk-up, podium and wrap-style developments.
• Proven track record as lead superintendent on multifamily projects $20M–$50M+.
• Experience guiding projects through preconstruction, mobilization, occupancy and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from project start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules.
