THS National, LLC is hiring a Construction Project Manager for multifamily renovation and revitalization in Raleigh, NC. The role supervises budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver projects on time and within terms.

You will coordinate submittals, vendor selection, and coordination with subcontractors while guiding the team through planning, execution, and project closeout. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM experience.
• Experience with multifamily renovation projects.
• Experience managing submittals & commitments and schedules.
• Experience building subcontractor & vendor resources in new markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Maintain client rapport and ensure deliverables meet objectives.
• Coordinate due diligence and documentation for projects.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and manage communications.
• Oversee progress, reporting, and budget adherence across multiple projects.
• Ensure vendor and subcontractor performance aligns with contract terms.
