Mountain Management Group is seeking a Project Executive for multifamily construction in Raleigh, NC. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and oversees all market projects, requiring extensive multifamily experience.

Responsibilities include directing the Construction Team, coordinating with Development, and partnering on proposals, contracts, and scheduling to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive multifamily experience is required.
• Experience with wrap projects is preferred.
• Podium project experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
