Job summary

THS National, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily renovation and revitalization projects in the United States. You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and client coordination to ensure on-time completion within budget.

You will build relationships with clients and subcontractors, lead project meetings, and manage documentation and compliance across multiple sites. Travel may be required as projects dictate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM experience.
• Multifamily project experience required.
• Experience managing Submittals & Commitments and related schedules.
• Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong Project Management software experience (MS Project, Procore, etc).
• Valid state-issued driver's license with good driving record.
• Availability for minimal travel monthly.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific and client-driven expectations, schedules, budgets and strategies.
• Build rapport with client representatives and ensure scope clarity and performance standards.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and deliver project documentation.
• Lead the client and team through planning, execution, and project close out.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and manage vendor/contractor selection within budget.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders and external users.
• Oversee project progress, provide timeline and progress reports.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project.
• Develop detailed budgets and Master Project Schedules.
• Manage performance against schedules and milestones on multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
