Qualifications

• 10–20 years of progressive experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor, specifically on multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all field operations for multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Enforce job site safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Assist in managing project budgets and controlling costs.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Mentor and lead field staff to foster a collaborative environment.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
