The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of supervisory experience in multifamily maintenance and strong trade skills. This on‑site position emphasizes vendor coordination, turn management, and adherence to safety standards, with familiarity in Yardi/HappyCo

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily properties.
• Strong hands‑on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification required.
• Experience with vendor relations, turn management, and overall maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the maintenance team and assign service requests and make‑readies.
• Schedule and manage vendor work in coordination with the property budget.
• Inspect make‑readies prior to move‑in and maintain property logs.
• Oversee supply orders and ensure safety and Fair Housing compliance.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
