Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in multifamily, facility, or mechanical settings.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the property's maintenance team.
• Inspect apartments, buildings, grounds, and amenities regularly.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
