Cottonwood Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cottonwood Apartments in Utah. The role leads maintenance operations, oversees a team, and ensures safe, efficient property performance while delivering excellent resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has hands-on technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, with strong leadership and customer-service aptitude. On-site work with standard hours and on-call rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2+ years in multifamily property maintenance.
• Must have 2+ years leading or supervising maintenance teams.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance operations including requests, make-readies, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure property meets safety, condition, and appearance standards.
• Schedule, prioritize, and assign work orders for timely completion.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and risks.
• Source, supervise, and evaluate vendors; manage budget and inventory.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate records and SDS documentation.
