Stoa Group seeks a full-time Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects in North Carolina, coordinating with superintendents, architects, and trade partners to deliver on time and within budget.

You’ll drive preconstruction planning, manage schedules and costs, mentor field teams, and ensure safety and quality across multiple timely milestones.

This role rewards strong leadership, accountability, and clear communication as you help build communities the test of time.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of ground-up commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
• Multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel between job sites (some overnight stays).
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestone execution.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Allocate resources to support project objectives and timelines.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve schedule impacts.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage and support Superintendents and field teams.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and vendors.
• Mentor and develop field personnel and project team members.
• Communicate regularly with Property Management and Ownership teams.
• Support workforce planning and staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.
