Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 6–12 concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K–$4M.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Assist with complex construction, building code, and subcontractor issues.
• Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and overall profitability.

About the Opportunity

A growing construction and building services company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Austin team. This is a great opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in multifamily restoration and construction who is looking to take ownership of multiple projects and work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple multi-family construction and restoration projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and overall performance
• Manage approximately 6–12 concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K–$4M
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently
• Assist with complex construction, building code, and subcontractor issues
• Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and overall profitability
• Conduct regular jobsite safety and quality inspections
• Develop cost-saving strategies and identify opportunities to improve project margins
• Manage client communication and resolve project-related questions or concerns
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure company safety policies, procedures, and project standards are consistently followed
• Communicate project status, challenges, and staffing needs to senior leadership
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation as needed
