Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead lower level staff, prioritize and assign work; monitor performance.
• Repair and regulate district buildings, fixtures, systems, facilities, and grounds; respond to emergencies.
• Install, modify, or repair materials, fixtures, and equipment.
• Inspect facilities and ensure servicing; prepare and maintain work orders and records.
• Maintain and purchase supplies, equipment, tools, and trucks.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
