Job summary

Qualifications

  • Vocational degree and four years of specialized trades experience directly related to the area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Arizona Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.
  • Some positions may require CFC; Pesticide Applicator License; CDL Class A; ASE Certifications; licensure in a trade.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and prioritize work for lower level staff; monitor performance and participate in evaluations.
  • Repair and regulate district buildings, fixtures, systems, facilities, and grounds; respond to emergencies and safety concerns.
  • Install, make, or modify materials, fixtures, and/or equipment.
  • Inspect facilities, systems, and fixtures and ensure servicing.
  • Prepare work orders and maintain specifications, drawings, blueprints, and records.
