Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing system design and PFMEA leadership.
• Experience with DFA/DFM and NPI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Industrial Engineer for assigned workcells and programs.
• Architect scalable manufacturing systems for large assemblies.
• Lead PFMEA activities and formal risk assessments.
• Develop labor models and capacity plans for production readiness.
