Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
• Partner with plant and operations teams to drive reliability and safety.
