Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant equipment across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems while inspecting and replacing conveyors, mixers, and motors.

Travel between ready mix plant sites is required. A strong focus on safety, problem‑solving, and teamwork is essential to support reliable and productive performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to travel between ready mix plant locations as needed.
• Strong problem‑solving and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant equipment to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and replace conveyors, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
• Partner with operations teams to support safe, reliable, and productive performance across multiple locations.
