You will collaborate with plant and operations teams to improve reliability and safety while ensuring minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes strong safety practices, independent work, and effective communication across sites within the United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial plant equipment and heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Ability to lead maintenance activities, coordinate work priorities, and support team performance across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance best practices.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
• Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
