Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to act as an owner's representative for multi-site grocery and retail programs.

You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate contractors, designers, and vendors, and drive pre-construction through project closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field required.
• 7–10+ years of grocery/big-box construction project management experience.
• Ground up construction experience highly preferred.
• Strong multi-site program management skills and construction process expertise.

Responsibilities

• On-site project management of construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates project team to keep schedule and budget.
• Communicates issues with Senior PM, Project Exec, or Ops Director.
• Reviews drawings, schedules, and scopes for completeness and accuracy.
• Manages permitting requirements and field work.
• Handles change orders and project documentation.
• Prepares weekly status reports and builds client/vendor relationships.
