Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our on-site maintenance team at Enclave at the Green Apartments in Midlothian, VA. You will lead maintenance staff, set priorities, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across all units.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-family property maintenance, strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, EPA certification, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a maintenance/engineering setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• EPA certification required for environmental control work.
• HVAC experience preferred for diagnosing and repairing systems.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff by setting direction, priorities, and schedules.
• Maintain and execute preventative maintenance to minimize emergencies.
• Monitor inventories, process purchase orders, and approve invoices.
• Ensure work orders meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Inspect units to ensure readiness for new move-ins.
