Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Service Supervisor to join our on-site maintenance team at Enclave at the Green Apartments in Midlothian, VA. You will lead maintenance staff, set priorities, manage preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across all units.
The role requires 5+ years in multi-family property maintenance, strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, EPA certification, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours.
