Job summary

Kushner in New Jersey is seeking a Project Manager to represent the project Owner and the General Contractor, overseeing scheduling, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and field coordination to keep projects on time and within budget. You will attend field meetings, issue minutes, track submittals and shop drawings, manage safety, and ensure compliance with drawings and codes across all phases.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in stick frame multi-family residential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of stick frame multi-family residential construction experience.
• Proficiency in reading prints and identifying discrepancies.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and safety regulations.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist preconstruction with permitting, contract review, analysis, reporting.
• Manage project from inception through completion including CO process.
• Prepare and execute a construction plan and schedule.
• Attend field meetings; provide minutes and follow-up lists.
• Enforce safety on the job and verify staffing levels.
• Track material delivery, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor change orders and report to upper management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with drawings and applicable codes and inspections.
