Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor's degree.
• Requires 5 years of stick-framed multifamily residential construction experience in Sitework preferred.
• Requires superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand plans, specifications, blueprints, and process submittals.
• Assist project coordination and support staff in distributing project data to the team.
• Maintain field set of project drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage construction activities with the project manager and superintendent.
• Maintain accurate time-keeping and construction activity records.
• Coordinate information flow between field personnel, subs, and design team.
• Review subs' proposals including cost comparisons and leveling charts.
• Monitor site activities and material receiving for quantity, quality and compliance.
