Job summary

The candidate will advise students, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with program leadership to drive continuous improvement in the MSPA didactic education program.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a fully accredited PA, MD, or DO program with at least 3 years of US clinical practice; current licensure and NCCPA certification for PAs are required.
• Prior faculty experience in PA or medical education and use of simulation or tech in teaching is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Teams, and SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the didactic curriculum to align with program goals and ARC-PA standards.
• Mentor faculty with didactic course leadership responsibilities and guide curriculum development.
• Direct design, delivery, and evaluation of didactic courses and learning outcomes.
• Manage didactic academic schedule and ensure integration across the curriculum.
• Ensure compliance of syllabi, assessments, and program documentation with university policies and ARC-PA standards.
• Provide academic advising to students on progression and professional development.
• Collaborate with leadership on curriculum planning and continuous program improvement.
