Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Lead MRI Technologist at Orlando Regional Medical Center to provide advanced MRI services and lead the MRI staff. The role includes daily operational support, safety oversight, and collaboration with radiologists to ensure exceptional patient care.

You will coordinate scheduling and workflow, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining top imaging quality. A minimum of two years MRI experience and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have two (2) years MRI experience and related advanced imaging proficiency.
• Licensure/certification in MRI: ARRT MRI, ARDMS, NMTCB or ARMRIT credentials.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and daily operational support to MRI staff.
• Assist with workflow coordination, scheduling, and departmental efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and Orlando Health standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care.
