Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Florida seeks an experienced Lead MRI Technologist to perform MRI examinations and lead the imaging team for adult and pediatric patients. You will balance scanning duties (about 80%) with lead/administrative responsibilities (about 20%), while ensuring high image quality and patient safety. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and mentor radiology students, with evenings and on-call shifts from 2:00 p.m.

to 10:30 p.m. and weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• ARRT certification and MR certification are required.
• BLS by AHA or Red Cross is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise imaging staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Perform MRI procedures and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Schedule and manage staff rosters and training; assist with payroll and interviewing.
• Provide technical direction on complex cases and equipment maintenance.
