Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with merchandising, promotional execution, and sales floor management.
• Basic inventory management experience including receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Working knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment, apparel, accessories, and guest needs; ability to make product recommendations.
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale and operational systems; ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure all standards are followed.
• Manage and support sales floor activities, providing direction to team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and set the standard for customer engagement and product knowledge.
• Communicate attendance concerns and staffing issues to store leadership; coordinate breaks per policy and state regulations.
• Partner with leadership to ensure merchandising standards and promotional displays are executed.
