Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and support daily operations
• Experience with merchandising, promotional execution, and sales floor management
• Basic inventory management, including receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring standards
• Manage and support sales floor activities and provide direction to team members
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain product knowledge and service recovery
• Communicate attendance concerns to store leadership and coordinate breaks per policy
• Partner with leadership to ensure merchandising standards and promotional displays
• Ensure team is updated on promotions and key communications
• Verify pricing accuracy and display promotions and signage correctly
• Support inventory accuracy through proper processes and reporting
