Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering and 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience delivering functional hardware on schedule.
Experience with verification and validation plans, test procedures, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with requirements management using JAMA.

Responsibilities

Architect closed‑loop control systems incorporating motors, sensors, structures, and drive electronics.
Lead program-level requirements development, decomposition, and traceability.
Identify and drive resolution of technical risks and issues across the program lifecycle.
Present technical content to customers and internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support on test requirements and verification methods.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and test teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability and program success.
