ImpactLife is seeking a full-time Lead/Supervisor to oversee blood collection operations, donor care, and staff supervision at our Urbana donation center. The role includes leading teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and coordinating schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Candidates should have strong customer service and leadership experience, with healthcare exposure a plus. Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks and hold a valid driver’s license and REAL ID is required.
