Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
• Strong leadership skills desired.
• Enjoy working with the public and maintaining a good work history.
• Understand importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Be able to work varied hours including days, evenings, weekends.
• Valid driver's license required; DOT Medical Certification card preferred.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and donor care.
• Supervise staff for assigned blood drive or collection center.
• Carry out all donation process functions including donor registration, screening, phlebotomy.
• Occasionally drive fleet vehicles as needed.
