Job summary

ImpactLife seeks a seasoned leader to oversee blood collection operations, supervise staff, and ensure donor care and smooth collection, registration, screening, phlebotomy, and related duties. The role may require driving fleet vehicles as needed and flexible hours across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
• Strong leadership skills required.
• Enjoy working with the public.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Be able to work varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Must have REAL ID.
• Have or obtain DOT Medical Certification Physical card.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blood collection operations and staff.
• Provide donor care and manage donor experiences.
• Handle donor registration, screening, and phlebotomy.
• Occasionally drive fleet vehicles as needed.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure compliance with SOPs.
