Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead React Native Developer to design and deliver scalable mobile applications. You will work on multi-tenant applications, modular deployments, and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to the product strategy at scale. Your leadership will drive the development of customizable and flexible mobile solutions for diverse client needs.

The platform is a white-label solution. It has a mobile and web experience depending on the user, the engineer will look at optimal solutions to create experiences that will make it more accurate and efficient for clients to handle payrolls, manage time sheets and so much more!

Responsibilities:

• Lead Mobile Development:Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, on a modular architecture.
• Collaborate onDesign Integration:Collaborate with Product Designers to build interactive prototypes for client demos and feedback sessions. The goal is to create:and solve complex technical challenges to ensure uninterrupted high-quality user experiences.
• Customizable UI Development:Build reusable, themeable components and design systems to support white-label customization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to align technical execution with client expectations.
• Performance Optimization:Ensure smooth responsive interactions, and app performance across devices.
• Code Reviews & Mentorship:Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers (2 other engineers).
• API Integration:Collaborate with the Ruby on Rails back-end team to design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Integrate new technologies, and methodologies to improve mobile app development.
• Deployment & CI/CD:Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, particularly with React Native and modular application architecture.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript/Typescript, Redux, RESTful APIs, and mobile app deployment. SDK development experience is a plus.
• A strong design sense with a focus on user experience and intuitive interfaces.
• Proven ability to solve technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities in remote team collaboration.
• Bonus: Exposure to front-end frameworks such asVue or React.
