Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with significant ML-driven products or content discovery systems.
• Proven track record shipping consumer-facing personalization at scale.
• Strong technical fluency with ranking models, data pipelines, AI/ML evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
• Lead roadmap development for personalization systems with cross-functional teams.
• Evolve user experience using experimentation and user research to design personalized experiences.
• Manage complex ranking systems and data flows through algorithms.
