Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead personalization and recommendation efforts for HBO Max.

You will shape product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver ML‑driven experiences at scale. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists and partner with editorial/marketing to align with executive goals. You’ll define KPIs, test features, and iterate on surfaces to boost engagement, retention, and satisfaction across a growing user base beyond 100 million

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in ML-driven or content discovery.
Proven track record shipping consumer personalization at scale.
Strong technical fluency with ranking models, data pipelines, AI/ML.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Ability to connect algorithmic performance to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end product strategy for ML-powered personalization and discovery.
Lead roadmap development coordinating with engineering, data science, UX and content teams.
Influence user experience through experiments and behavioral data.
Oversee ranking systems and data flows affecting surfaces.
Partner with executives and stakeholders to align roadmaps and outcomes.
Monitor trends to inform pivots and differentiation in personalization.
Define KPIs tying user value to business metrics and optimize performance.
Lead go-to-market for personalization capabilities and learning cycles.
