Job summary

Cavalry Construction seeks a Lead Mitigation Technician based in Austin, Texas. You will oversee and execute water, fire, mold, and other environmental mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate field crews, communicate with homeowners and project managers, document progress, and assist with on-site estimates while upholding IICRC standards and company protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mitigation/restoration experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Experience with on-site documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation projects for water, fire, mold, and environmental damages.
• Oversee field crews, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Explain processes to homeowners and coordinate with project managers.
• Complete site documentation including moisture readings and photos.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site.
